Manali is best accessible by air. The Bhuntur airport in Kullu offer few domestic flights from Delhi. The second best option is to drive to Manali, which takes about 14-15 hours.  Nice luxury Volvo buses are available from Delhi to Manali and the seats can be pre-booked.
