The trek to Brighu lake takes you to an altitude of 4235 meters, above the tree line amidst the lush meadows of Himachal mountains. The place is located above a local mountain in the vicinity of Manali. Being a short trek means it is suitable for beginner trekker or anyone looking for a natural refreshment in the Himalayas. The Brighu lake trek is conveniently accessible from Manali and can be done with mild snowfall in early winters.

The Brighu lake trek allows you get the glimpse of some high rising peaks of the region. The famous Friendship peak, the Shistidhar peak and the pretty Hanuman Tibba peak are visible during the trek.
